These General Conditions of Sale are agreed between Cybertopia, Unip. Lda, headquartered at Rua da Amendoeira, n.º 8, Loja A, Faro, Portugal, tax number PT509848923, hereinafter referred to as Cybertopia and the person wishing to make purchase through the website astroempires.com hereinafter referred to as User.

The parties agree that purchases made through the website astroempires.com, hereinafter referred as Astro Empires, will be exclusively governed by this contract.

Order

• The website Astro Empires offers membership fees, to access to specific content, features, and services.


• Purchases are only valid for a specific account and game server and are non-transferable.


• The prices are listed in the user’s game account page in the account upgrade section.


• Prices must be understood in Euros, with VAT included (when VAT applicable).


• The User places his order on the Astro Empires website, choosing the service he wants to order, selecting the payment method, and providing the billing information.


• The User provided billing information contained in the invoice are the sole responsibility of the User. Once issued, the invoice cannot be re-issued with changes.


• The final order confirmation by the User is equivalent to his full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products/services, as well as these General Sales Conditions.


• The purchased service will be made available after confirmation of the payment made.


• Chargebacks may lead to account cancellation.

Cancellation and Refund

• The User has the right to request cancellation of the service within 14 days after place the order. After the 14 days payments are non-refundable.


• To exercise the right of cancellation the User must contact Cybertopia of his decision using our support site (go.astroempires.com/support).


• Cybertopia will refund the amount corresponding to the unused subscription time.


• The refund will be made through the original payment method, but if this is not possible, the User must present proof of payment and account or card ownership, so that the return can be made by Bank Transfer.


• Cybertopia undertakes to reimburse the User within a maximum period of 14 days, counting from the service cancelation request date.

Miscellaneous

• Cybertopia reserves the right to modify the Terms of Sale at any time. The Terms of Sale that apply to User's purchase are those in force at the moment of purchase. Any change of these Terms of Sale will not apply retroactively to purchases that the User made before the Terms of Sale were modified.


• Portuguese and subsidiary EU laws are exclusively applicable for all matters pertaining to Astro Empires, without giving effect to conflict of laws in User's country or state of residence. Any claims, legal proceeding or litigations arising in connection with Astro Empires will be brought solely in Faro, Portugal, and the User consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.


• The Terms of Sale were originally written in English, therefore the terms written in any other language results from mere translations. In case of divergence between the two, the Terms of Sale written in English prevail.
